During the second weekend of December the Club holds an annual holiday event called Railfair. The first Railfair was in 1981 at Irvine Hall on Ohio University's West Green. Railfair 2025 is scheduled for December 13th - 14th.Though Railfair has taken place at different locations over the years, recently it has been held at The Market on State in Athens, Ohio.
